1. Acceptance of Terms / 規約への同意

By downloading, installing, or using any application published by Toku LLC ("App" or "Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Apps.

合同会社德（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」）をダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、本利用規約（以下「本規約」）に同意したものとみなされます。

2. Description of Services / サービスの概要

Toku LLC publishes lifestyle and hobby applications, including:

• Pitto — A sports fan log app for capturing and organizing match photos and scores.
• 旅印 (Tabiin) — A digital stamp book for recording visits to hotels, hot springs, and travel destinations.
• Meguru — A location-based check-in app for visiting and collecting film and drama shooting locations.

当社は以下を含むライフスタイル・趣味アプリを提供しています：Pitto（スポーツ観戦ログ）、旅印（旅のデジタルスタンプ帳）、Meguru（ドラマ・映画ロケ地チェックインアプリ）。

3. User Accounts / ユーザーアカウント

• Some apps offer account creation via email/password, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In. Other apps (e.g. Meguru) use anonymous authentication — no personal account is required.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account credentials.
• You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

アカウントはメール/パスワード、Appleサインイン、またはGoogleサインインで作成できるアプリと、匿名認証のみのアプリ（Meguru等）があります。アカウント情報の管理はご自身の責任となります。

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions / アプリ内課金・サブスクリプション

Some apps offer optional premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions processed via the Apple App Store.

• Pricing: Subscription prices are displayed within the app before purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice. / 価格: サブスクリプション料金は購入前にアプリ内に表示されます。地域により異なる場合があります。
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. / 請求: サブスクリプションはApple IDアカウントを通じて請求されます。
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. / 自動更新: サブスクリプションは現在の期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り、自動的に更新されます。
• Cancellation: Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings ("Manage Subscriptions"). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. / キャンセル: AppleID設定の「サブスクリプションの管理」からキャンセルできます。キャンセルは現在の請求期間終了時に有効になります。
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple per their standard policies. / 返金: 返金はAppleの標準ポリシーに従い処理されます。
• Free trial: Where offered, unused portions of a free trial period will be forfeited upon subscription purchase. / 無料トライアル: 提供される場合、サブスクリプション購入時に無料トライアルの未使用分は失効します。

5. User Content / ユーザーコンテンツ

You retain all rights to photos, stamps, check-ins, and other content you create using our Apps. Toku LLC does not claim ownership of any user-generated content. By using cloud sync features, you grant Toku LLC a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

本アプリで作成した写真、スタンプ、チェックイン記録等のすべての権利はユーザーに帰属します。クラウド同期機能を使用することにより、サービス提供の目的のみに限定した保存・送信のライセンスを当社に付与するものとします。

6. Venue and Location Rules Compliance / 施設・ロケ地ルールの遵守

Users are responsible for complying with the rules and regulations of each location, venue, sports facility, or filming site they visit. This includes photography rules, entry fees, hours of operation, and any applicable access restrictions. Our Apps provide information to help you visit these locations but do not guarantee access or permission.

各施設、スポーツ会場、ロケ地等の規則・規定の遵守はユーザーの責任となります。本アプリは施設訪問のための情報を提供しますが、入場やアクセスを保証するものではありません。

7. Prohibited Uses / 禁止事項

• Using the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Using the App to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Manipulating location data to fraudulently obtain check-ins or rewards.
• Distributing content created with the App in violation of venue or league rules.

違法行為、知的財産権の侵害、位置情報の不正操作によるチェックイン取得、施設・リーグのルールに違反するコンテンツ配布等を禁止します。

8. Disclaimer of Warranties / 免責事項

The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that location and spot information is always accurate or up to date.

本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、明示的または黙示的ないかなる保証もいたしません。アプリの継続的な動作、位置情報・スポット情報の正確性・最新性を保証するものではありません。

9. Limitation of Liability / 責任の制限

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toku, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Apps, including but not limited to damages arising from inability to access a location, subscription billing issues, or data loss.

法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、合同会社德は本アプリの使用に起因するいかなる間接的、偶発的、特別、または結果的損害（施設へのアクセス不能、サブスクリプション請求問題、データ損失等を含むがこれに限らない）についても責任を負いません。

10. Changes to Terms / 規約の変更

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

本規約はいつでも変更できるものとします。変更は本ページへの掲載をもって効力を生じます。変更後も本アプリを継続して使用した場合、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

11. Governing Law / 準拠法

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court. / 本規約は日本法に準拠し、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
